Start your therapy journey with the help of technology. Our schedules can be so demanding. Telehealth therapy has become more popular and I’m glad to offer it to anyone who feels it’s the best fit. In addition to video conferencing, I also offer phone call meetings.
I have sat on the other side of the room many times as a client. I know the courage it takes to contact and open up to a mental health professional about personal difficulties. I’ve learned that the life we hope for demands this courage and the growth we experience in return is wholly worth it.
