Take a step towards wellness
1.
Individual Therapy
Your therapeutic journey will be as unique as you are. Together, we will identify the healing and growth you’re seeking, and determine why taking steps forward has been hard. My practice provides a safe, welcoming space for you to get the most out of the care you are seeking.
2.
Marriage and Family
Often stress in relationships is a call to grow within yourself and your relational patterns. My practice provides a grounded space for authentic conversations and connection. I help couples and families work through relationship issues and the complexity that surrounds them.

Online Therapy
Start your therapy journey with the help of technology. Our schedules can be so demanding. Telehealth therapy has become more popular and I’m glad to offer it to anyone who feels it’s the best fit. In addition to video conferencing, I also offer phone call meetings.
I have sat on the other side of the room many times as a client. I know the courage it takes to contact and open up to a mental health professional about personal difficulties. I’ve learned that the life we hope for demands this courage and the growth we experience in return is wholly worth it. Choosing the therapeutic journey for myself has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Walking alongside others as they choose it for themselves is an honor.
“I’ve finally realized that this is working because I know now that I deserve this. This is my time for me and I’m here because I deserve to do something like this for myself.”
“We are doing really good. It’s like, I don’t want to even talk about it because I don’t want to jinx it but we can’t keep our hands off each other all the sudden. It’s like how we used to be…”
“I’ve noticed a big difference in my daughter since she started coming to see you. She’s been more willing to open up and listen at home and I really appreciate that.”
